* BY PROCEEDING WITH THE SELECTION OF A VENDOR(S) LISTED BY OR IN ANY WAY
ASSOCIATED WITH HOME COURTESY SERVICES, INC., CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Customer agrees that Home Courtesy Services, Inc., has no
responsibility for and makes no representation regarding the quality or
reliability of any vendor or the vendor's product and/or service. Home Courtesy
Services, Inc., merely lists possible vendors at the vendor's request, but does
not screen or monitor the vendors and makes no recommendation about the use or
non-use of any vendor. It is solely the responsibility of the Customer to
determine that a vendor meets the needs of the Customer, including abilities,
experience, reputation, quality of workmanship, reliability, licensing, and
insurance. It is solely the responsibility of the Customer to screen, evaluate,
and select the vendor or vendors and to monitor the vendor's performance. Home
Courtesy Services, Inc., makes no warranty, express or implied regarding any
vendor or its product and/or service. Customer agrees to accept all risk
associated with selecting and employing a vendor or vendors. Customer agrees to
hold harmless, release, and defend Home Courtesy Services, Inc., First Team
Real Estate-Orange County, Inc., First Estates, and their agents, owners,
officers, employees, and affiliated companies from all responsibility,
liability, claims, and damages that may arise from the use or non-use of a
vendor or vendors, a breach of these terms and conditions, and/or from the
existence or use of the Home Courtesy Service's list or other service.
